Helping Hose Master Expand a Critical Manufacturing Plant

When Hose Master wanted to expand a 475,000–square–foot warehouse facility in Euclid, Ohio, it hired GPD to get the job done. The preengineered metal building was structurally analyzed to allow for a processing plant addition. GPD worked closely with the design-build contractor and metal building manufacturer to connect this new space to the existing structure.  

The expansion offers improved workflow and capacity as well as enhancements to employee areas such as restrooms and locker rooms. Building mechanical systems were also reengineered to boost airflow and to better cool working spaces during the summer. Site improvements include expanded parking and easier truck access.
